This year the Rayne Citywide Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Celebration Committee is looking for Student Ambassadors from each school. They are looking for leaders who exhibit academic excellence and a strong commitment to community service. As role models, student ambassadors will be encouraged to inspire their peers to “Live the Dream” of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and support his vision. Each chosen student ambassador will be required to participate in the January 16, 2023 celebration and they will be introduced to the Rayne MLK Committee at a December 2022 meet and greet to give input. All student ambassadors will continue to represent their school throughout the school year. Activities the student ambassadors participate in may be both in and outside of school. Any student that is interested in being selected as a 2023 MLK Student Ambassador should complete the short provided Google Form no later than Friday, November 18th by noon.
