Do you have the ACT score needed to get $$$ for college???
RHS will be hosting FREE ACT Prep Sessions prior to the schoolwide testing date for Juniors on March 11, 2026. See the flyer attached for specific dates and subjects.
HIgher ACT scores = more $$$!
Students currently need a score of 20 on the ACT to earn the TOPS tuition scholarship for a 4-year university and a 17 to earn the TOPS Tech scholarship for a community college or trade program.
RHS students from ANY grade level are welcome to attend. Registration links will be posted in grade level google classrooms.

Current Sophomores who will be Juniors for the 26-27 school year should review information about the University and Jumpstart diploma pathway options before their grade level meetings. Students will need to choose to attend the Jumpstart meeting or the University meeting (not both) to fill out their schedule requests.
Differences between the pathways can be viewed here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1QLNTq9A7ARpW180KOlF5JTNotuJhj5bg/view?usp=sharing
Current Sophomores planning to declare on the University pathway will attend their meeting during Club Schedule this Friday, 1/23/26.
Current Sophomores planning to declare on the Jumpstart pathway will attend their meeting during Club Schedule next Wednesday, 1/28/26.

šāØ Welcome to Beanstack, RHS Wolves! āØš
We are so excited to kick off our reading adventure with Beanstack, a fun and interactive platform designed to motivate students to read and build a lifelong love of books!
To start strong, our January Monthly Reading Goal is 25,000 minutes as a school! Letās see if our Wolves can come together and reach (or even beat!) this challenge!
Beanstack uses competition, recognition, and gamification to make reading exciting. Whether students are reading fiction, nonfiction, graphic novels, or even articles online, it all counts! By tracking their daily reading, students build healthy habits and grow as confident readers.
Students will receive support along the way:
š Students will receive assistance in their English classes to become familiar with Beanstack
š Rewards and prizes will be given as incentives for students who meet their reading goals
When students log their reading, they can:
š Earn digital badges for milestones
š Compete on leaderboards and build daily reading streaks
š Track everything they read on their own virtual bookshelf
Getting started is easy:
š« At school: Students can access Beanstack through their device using Clever
Weāre excited to have our families join us on this reading journey and help us reach our 25,000-minute goal for January. Letās show our Wolf Pride through reading!
Keep reading, Wolves! š¾š

ššŗ Congratulations to our December Reader of the Pack ā Lyric J.! ššš
Lyric has shown outstanding dedication to reading, and we are proud to recognize her as our December Reader of the Pack here in the RHS Library!
How the Reader of the Pack program works:
This is a continuous library program that encourages students to read throughout the school year. Students earn entries by checking out books throughout the month. At the end of each month, one student is randomly selected as the Reader of the Pack and recognized for their commitment to literacy and learning.
A huge THANK YOU to the RHS PTO for sponsoring this program and generously providing a $20 gift card each month to reward our Reader of the Pack. Your support helps make reading exciting and rewarding for our students!
Way to go, Lyric! Keep leading the packāone book at a time! šāØ

Our baseball team got into the holiday spirit with an intersquad Ugly Christmas Sweater scrimmage on Thursday, December 18th! Players brought the fun to the field while competing against their teammates, combining festive cheer with hard work and teamwork.
