APSB Calendar

To add events to calendars or book a room contact the following.

APEC (Acadia Parish Educational Center) - Please Email Jackie Thibodeaux at (337)783-5808 to request or cancel a booking.

Go to calendar.

The calendar can be viewed by anyone with internet access. 

You have a choice of views: Week, Month or Agenda (List).  To change views, click the tab of your choice.
 

You can move forward or back to other months.  To change months, click the blue forward/back arrows.  To return to the current month, click the Today button.

You can filter which calendar(s) you want to view.  To filter, click the down arrow (to the right of calendar views).  Check calendars you want to view; uncheck calendars you do not want to view.

You can print the calendar.  To print, first choose your view, then click the Print button.  Select your date range, choose your settings, and click Print.

Anyone with a Google account can subscribe to the calendar.  To subscribe, sign into your Google account, then click the +Google Calendar button at the bottom of the calendar.  Click Add all button.  Since the events are spread out in different rooms on different calendars, you must choose all to see events throughout the parish.  If you only choose APSB Events, you will see only those events that do not require bookings to rooms in the parish.  If you see multiple postings, it is because the event is booked in multiple rooms.
