Acadia Parish School System Closure Update - The Acadia Parish School System will be closed Tuesday, January 16 and Wednesday, January 17, 2024 due to prolonged below freezing temperatures. We plan to reopen Thursday, January 18, 2024. The closure will give the system time to check all campuses to ensure adequate water pressure and for any problems with pipes due to the cold winter weather event.
