Immunizations

Beginning with the 2009-10 school year and thereafter, a student shall provide satisfactory evidence of current immunizations against meningococcal disease and other age appropriate vaccines upon entering sixth grade. This includes any student the age of eleven years that may be entering another grade. The following is a list of required immunizations:

Tdap, (2) doses Varicella; (2) MMR, (3) HBV, and (1) MCV-4.
